Troy was born and bred in Canberra and resided in Giralang where his parents still live, his desire for Real-Estate started when he bought his first apartment in Bruce in 2003. Troy is a team player and has always put people before himself; he has a warm but competitive streak and believes hard work is always the best approach to achieve results. He believes in a high level of service to help people achieve their dreams; he gets so much enjoyment out of seeing others do well. After a successful career in Rugby League with the Canberra Raiders and Melbourne Storm, as a player and coach and working with some of the biggest names in the game, Troy has brought his enthusiasm and work ethic to LJ Hooker. Rugby league is a passion for him which he will continue to be involved in 2015 after adopting a role with the Gungahlin Bulls as Coaching Director for seniors and juniors. He has a passion for food which has gone to the next level since living in Melbourne and is known to spend all weekend in the kitchen to feed family and friends. There is one passion he loves more than cooking and that is his family, he loves to spend time with his wife Rachael and children Raffe, Moss and Valentine. Troy has a lot of experience in the property industry working with an Investment Construction and Property Advisory company as a Construction Purchasing and Business Development Manager for their building and construction arm. As a result of these roles he built one of the biggest builder’s buyers groups in Melbourne working with over a hundred builders and construction companies. The knowledge gained in these positions has developed an excellent understanding of both the property and building industries. "I really enjoy getting a result for someone, I pride myself on being good to people, listening to them so I can get the outcome they are after. I guess the sportsman in me will always have the determination to do whatever it takes”.
